DEEP RIVER – Jeremy Arnum scored 25 points, Simon Partyka added 14 and Valley Regional used a big third quarter to pull away for a 57-48 Shoreline Conference boys basketball win over East Hampton.

Arnum added 5 rebounds and 4 steals and James Marsden finished with 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 steals for the Warriors, who are off to a 2-0 start.

Nathan Ireland led East Hampton with 13 points and Grant Arcidiacono contributed 10 points.
